    • Clients agree to pay Brax Consulting the agreed-upon fees for the services provided.
    • Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or contract.
    • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

  5. Intellectual Property

    • All intellectual property rights pertaining to the website developed by Brax Consulting shall remain with Brax Consulting until full payment is received.
    • Upon full payment, ownership of the website and its associated intellectual property rights will transfer to the Client.

  6. Content

    • Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content (text, images, etc.) for the website.
    • Clients must ensure that all provided content does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
    • Brax Consulting reserves the right to refuse to include any content that it deems inappropriate or violates legal regulations.

  7. Liability

    • Brax Consulting shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the website.
    • The Client agrees to indemnify Brax Consulting against any claims resulting from the Client’s use of the website or breach of these terms and conditions.

  8. Jurisdiction

    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.
    • Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
